What You’ll Be Doing
- Keeping assigned areas clean, tidy, and welcoming—think lobbies, hallways, offices, and more
- Using cleaning equipment and supplies safely, and reporting if anything needs repair
- Supporting your teammates—sometimes lending a hand, sometimes leading a shift if you’re a supervisor
- Handling guest or client queries with a polite, can-do attitude
- Making sure all health, safety, and hygiene standards are met (our clients love this about us!)
- Supervisors: Overseeing daily schedules, quality checks, and motivating the crew
- Sharing ideas for better ways of working—we’re always open to feedback
What You’ll Bring
Must-Haves:
- Currently residing in the UAE (please apply only if you’re here!)
- Willingness to work hard, learn, and go the extra mile for clients
- Good physical stamina—these are busy, hands-on roles
- Basic communication skills in English or Hindi/Urdu
- Honest, reliable, and a genuine team player
Nice-to-Haves:
- Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience (supervisors should have some leadership background)
- Can start immediately or on short notice
- Comfort working flexible hours, including weekends
