About the Role: Responsibilities, Skills, and Requirements

Ever wondered what it’s like to be the friendly face (and steady hands) that keeps a business running smoothly in the heart of Dubai? Our busy Business Bay store is looking for dependable, safety-minded drivers and bike riders to join our delivery team — and we need you, fast! Whether you’re an expert behind the wheel of a light vehicle, a pro at handling heavy trucks, or love the freedom of zipping around on a bike, this is your chance to play a vital part in a growing company right where the action is.

About the Company

We’re not your average delivery operation. Nestled in vibrant Business Bay, our team thrives on keeping things efficient, upbeat, and always customer-focused. The pace here? Let’s just say no two days are ever the same — but that’s exactly how we like it. Our multicultural crew brings together energy, humor, and the occasional friendly competition (who can make the smoothest delivery run?), all while supporting each other on and off the road. With steady growth and a reputation for reliability, we’re building something that matters — and we’d love you to be a part of it.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Safely transport goods between our store and various delivery points across Dubai, ensuring timely arrivals.
  • Load, unload, and double-check orders before hitting the road — accuracy and care matter here.
  • Navigate city routes efficiently, using your knowledge of Dubai’s roads to avoid delays and keep customers happy.
  • Maintain your assigned vehicle or bike in tip-top shape, reporting any issues promptly.
  • Represent our company with a smile — you’re often the person our customers see most!
  • Communicate with dispatch and store staff for smooth pickups, drop-offs, and any last-minute changes.
  • For heavy vehicle drivers: handle larger loads safely, following all local safety and transport regulations.
  • For bike riders: zip through traffic with agility, making sure every parcel gets to the right doorstep.

What You’ll Bring

Must-Haves:

  • Valid UAE driving license (for light or heavy vehicles, or motorcycle as applicable).
  • Previous experience in delivery or driving roles within the UAE.
  • Good knowledge of Dubai’s streets and neighborhoods.
  • Reliable, punctual, and safety-conscious attitude.
  • Basic English communication skills.
  • Currently residing in the UAE and ready for immediate joining.

Nice-to-Haves:

  • Experience with GPS navigation apps.
  • Familiarity with customer service best practices.
  • A knack for keeping cool during busy rush hours.

Not sure you tick every box? We’d still love to hear from you.

Why You’ll Love Working Here

  • Competitive salary: AED 3,000 to AED 5,500, depending on your experience and license.
  • Company-provided visa, accommodation, and transport — we take care of the essentials.
  • Annual leave and paid medical coverage for your peace of mind.
  • Friendly, supportive team with a real sense of camaraderie.
  • Steady, reliable work with opportunities to grow as our company expands.
  • Be part of a business that values respect, hard work, and a good sense of humor.

You’ll find that every day brings something new — and you’ll always have a crew looking out for you. If you’re ready to take the wheel (or handlebars) and deliver with pride, you’ll fit right in.
