What You’ll Be Doing
AC Technician
- Installing, maintaining, and repairing a variety of air conditioning systems—split, window, and central—across residential and commercial sites.
- Diagnosing faults quickly and accurately (your troubleshooting skills will be put to the test!).
- Performing regular preventative maintenance to keep systems running smoothly—no one likes a surprise breakdown in August.
- Coordinating with site engineers and other trades to ensure seamless job completion.
- Keeping precise records of work, parts used, and maintenance schedules.
Ductman Technician
- Measuring, fabricating, and installing ductwork based on site plans and specifications.
- Reading and interpreting blueprints and technical drawings—attention to detail is key here.
- Working with a range of materials: galvanized sheet metal, fiberglass, and flexible ducting.
- Collaborating with AC technicians and site supervisors to ensure proper airflow and system efficiency.
- Maintaining a safe, tidy work area (and helping the rest of the team to do the same).
What You’ll Bring
Must-Haves
- For AC Technician: Minimum 3 years of hands-on AC installation and maintenance experience.
- For Ductman Technician: At least 4 years’ experience working with duct systems in the UAE.
- Solid understanding of safety standards and best practices.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and plans.
- Problem-solving mindset and a can-do attitude.
- Willingness to travel between Ajman (HQ) and Dubai project sites as needed.
Nice-to-Haves
- UAE driving license.
- Experience with large-scale commercial projects.
- Familiarity with the latest energy-efficient systems and materials.
