Position Overview

As a valued member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for the installation, troubleshooting, and repair of a variety of systems, including air conditioning units, electrical wiring, and plumbing infrastructure. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety, comfort, and satisfaction of our clients by providing timely and effective solutions tailored to their specific needs.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and emergency repairs on air conditioning units, electrical systems, and plumbing networks in both residential and commercial settings.
• Diagnose issues accurately and recommend the most effective solutions for malfunctioning AC units, electrical circuits, and plumbing fixtures.
• Install new equipment and systems, ensuring all work complies with local codes and safety regulations.
• Troubleshoot technical problems using advanced tools and techniques to minimize downtime and prevent future issues.
• Document work performed and maintain clear records of maintenance schedules, repairs, and installations.
• Provide excellent customer service by communicating clearly with clients, explaining technical issues, and offering maintenance advice.
• Collaborate with team members to complete large-scale projects efficiently and safely.

Requirements

• Proven experience in AC maintenance, electrical work, and plumbing (experience in the UAE is highly regarded).
• Proficiency in troubleshooting, repairing, and installing air conditioning systems, electrical components, and plumbing networks.
• Strong understanding of safety protocols and the ability to work according to industry standards and local regulations.
• Ability to read and interpret technical diagrams and blueprints.
• Valid license is preferred and may be required for some roles.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to work on a monthly basis and adapt to a flexible work schedule as required by client needs.
