About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Manage Daily Accounting Operations
  Oversee and record all day-to-day accounting transactions using the company’s financial systems, ensuring accuracy and timely completion.

• Account Reconciliation
  Perform regular reconciliations of all accounts, including bank, supplier, customer, and general ledger accounts to maintain accurate financial records.

• VAT and Tax Compliance
  Ensure full compliance with UAE VAT regulations and tax requirements. Prepare, review, and file VAT returns in accordance with local laws and deadlines.

• Financial Reporting
  Compile and prepare financial information for internal and external reporting needs, including monthly, quarterly, and annual statements.

• Audit Support
  Facilitate audit processes by providing required documentation and responding to auditor queries in a timely manner.

• Process Improvement
  Identify opportunities to enhance accounting procedures and implement best practices to improve efficiency and accuracy.

• Deadline Management
  Demonstrate the ability to work effectively under pressure, managing competing priorities and ensuring all financial tasks are completed within strict deadlines.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Minimum 4 Years of Professional Experience
  Proven experience in accounting, preferably within an industrial, manufacturing, or related sector.

• Educational Background
  Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Professional certifications (e.g., ACCA, CPA, CMA) are considered an advantage.

• Technical Expertise
  Strong understanding of accounting principles, standards, and best practices. Familiarity with modern accounting software and ERP systems is essential.

• Knowledge of UAE Tax Laws
  Demonstrated expertise in UAE VAT regulations, tax filing processes, and compliance requirements.

• Analytical Skills
  Excellent attention to detail and the ability to analyze and interpret complex financial data.

• Time Management
  Strong organizational skills with the ability to meet tight reporting and filing deadlines.

• Communication Skills
  Effective verbal and written communication abilities, with the capacity to convey financial information clearly to colleagues and management.
