What You’ll Be Doing
- Overseeing and maintaining daily financial records, including ledgers, invoices, and receipts
- Supporting month-end and year-end closing activities, with plenty of guidance from your team
- Using accounting tools (like Tally) to reconcile accounts and spot discrepancies
- Handling cash transactions and ensuring proper documentation (if you’re stepping into a cashier role)
- Assisting with financial reporting, budget-prep, and audits as needed
- Coordinating with other departments to ensure smooth financial operations — communication is key
