What You’ll Be Doing
- Preparing daily accounting reports and sharing insights directly with management — clarity and timeliness are key here.
- Managing LC (Letter of Credit) operations and handling all banking transactions to keep our projects running smoothly.
- Overseeing WPI payroll processes, ensuring accuracy and on-time payments for our hardworking team.
- Taking charge of document clearance, from vendor bills to shipment paperwork, so nothing gets stuck in the pipeline.
- Maintaining and arranging inventory records, tracking item movement, and flagging discrepancies before they become issues.
- Using Tally and Odoo software to their full potential — organizing, reconciling, and optimizing financial records.
- Collaborating closely with admin and operations teams to align accounting procedures with day-to-day business needs.
- Supporting audits and compliance checks with thorough documentation and readiness.
What You’ll Bring
Must-Haves:
- Solid hands-on experience with both Tally and Odoo accounting software.
