What You’ll Be Doing
- Coordinating day-to-day office activities to ensure everything runs seamlessly
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records, both digital and paper-based
- Acting as the go-to person for internal requests, solving small (and big) operational hiccups before they turn into problems
- Managing office supplies, equipment, and facility needs — you’ll know what’s needed before anyone else does
- Liaising with vendors and service providers to support smooth office operations
- Assisting with scheduling, travel arrangements, and meeting logistics for the team
- Supporting the onboarding process for new staff and helping them settle in
- Driving locally for official tasks when required (a valid UAE driving license is essential)
- Suggesting process improvements — we’re always open to smarter, more efficient ways to work
What You’ll Bring
Must-Haves:
- Bachelor’s degree in Administrative Services or a related field
- At least 2 years of experience in an administrative role
- Strong organizational skills and a knack for detail
- Valid UAE driving license
- Proficient communication skills (written and spoken)
- Ability to juggle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Currently residing in the UAE (preferred)
Nice-to-Haves:
- Experience with office management software (think: MS Office, Google Workspace, or similar)
- Previous exposure to fast-paced, multicultural work environments
