What You’ll Be Doing
- Overseeing daily livestock care, feeding programs, and overall facility hygiene to maintain optimal animal health
- Analyzing production data to spot trends, implement improvements, and troubleshoot recurring challenges
- Collaborating with veterinarians and nutritionists to develop and refine animal welfare plans
- Leading, coaching, and fostering a sense of responsibility amongst livestock handlers and farm workers
- Coordinating feedstock inventory and supplies to avoid unexpected shortages or overages
- Ensuring compliance with company policies, local regulations, and animal welfare standards
- Evaluating and recommending equipment or process upgrades to maximize efficiency and reduce waste
- Preparing regular production reports and offering actionable insights to management

What You’ll Bring
Must-Haves:
- Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Animal Production, Animal Science, Agricultural Engineering, or a closely related field
- Proven hands-on experience with large animal/livestock production (dairy, poultry, or similar)
- Fluent in both Arabic and English (this is essential for team and community communication)
