About the Role: Responsibilities, Skills, and Requirements

Ever caught yourself rattling off Nissan model codes or deciphering the difference between a Camry and an Altima brake pad? If spare parts catalogs are your comfort zone and you know the UAE car market like the back of your hand, you might be the skilled Auto Parts Salesman we’re looking for. Located right in Masafi, Fujairah, this isn’t just another sales job—it's a chance to join a thriving team where your parts knowledge truly matters (and gets rewarded).

About Us

We’re not your average autoparts business. At our core, we’re a close-knit crew serving garages and car owners across Fujairah and beyond. The pace is quick, the conversations are lively, and there’s never a dull moment when you’re matching parts to models or working out the best deal for a loyal customer. Fridays bring stories and shared laughs over chai—and yes, everyone pitches in when a rare part rolls in.

What keeps us moving? Integrity, respect for experience, and a belief that the right part at the right price keeps customers coming back. If you enjoy an environment where your expertise isn’t just respected, but essential, you’ll fit just fine.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Assist walk-in and WhatsApp customers with spare parts—think Nissan, Toyota, Lexus, plus American/Korean brands (Hyundai, Kia, Ford, and more).
  • Quickly identify required parts using your hands-on knowledge and in-house systems—accuracy saves everyone time.
  • Maintain and update stock records, ensuring our shelves stay full (but not overflowing) with fast-moving items.
  • Develop long-term relationships with regular garages and end users, building trust and loyalty through expertise.
  • Handle quotations, negotiate prices, and close sales—whether face-to-face or via WhatsApp.
  • Stay on top of new arrivals and help display/store parts for easy access in the busy shop.

What You’ll Bring

Must-Haves:

  • At least 3 years’ experience in UAE auto parts sales (please, only apply if you know the local market).
  • Deep knowledge of Japanese brands (Nissan, Toyota, Lexus) and a solid familiarity with American and Korean models.
  • Friendly, confident approach—customers trust your advice, and you find the right part fast.
  • Ability to communicate clearly in English; Arabic or Hindi/Urdu is a plus.
  • Comfort using WhatsApp for quick customer queries and orders.

Nice-to-Haves:

  • Experience as an auto parts foreman or parts counter supervisor.
  • Prior work in Masafi/Fujairah region.
  • Strong references from local workshops or spare parts suppliers.

Not sure you tick every box? If you've spent years in UAE auto parts shops and love the nuts and bolts of the business, we still want to hear from you.

Why You’ll Love Working Here

  • Salary plus commission for every sale you close—your hard work truly pays off.
  • Friendly, knowledgeable team ready to welcome you.
  • Lunch and tea breaks are a team affair, and there’s always someone to trade stories with.
  • Steady business—our track record in the region means loyal customers and plenty of daily action.
  • Location in Masafi, Fujairah—avoid the city rush and enjoy a more relaxed commute.

You’ll be part of a group that values expertise, honesty, and the satisfaction that comes from making a driver’s day just a little easier—one perfectly matched part at a time.
