What You’ll Be Doing
- Expertly preparing and serving a variety of hot and cold beverages, from expertly frothed cappuccinos to refreshing herbal teas
- Creating seasonal and signature drinks that leave a lasting impression (and maybe even spark a new client favorite!)
- Maintaining impeccable cleanliness at your workstation and ensuring all equipment is spotless and well-organized
- Anticipating client needs with prompt, personalized service—even during those busy afternoon rushes
- Restocking supplies and monitoring inventory so you’re always ready for the next guest
- Suggesting beverage pairings that complement our beauty treatments, adding a thoughtful touch to the client experience
- Working closely with team members to keep the vibe positive and the experience seamless
What You’ll Bring
Must-Haves:
- At least 5 years’ experience as a barista or beverage attendant in a luxury venue (think hotels, high-end cafes, or premium lounges)
- Deep knowledge of espresso, coffee, tea, and cold beverage preparation, with an eye for presentation
- Friendly, professional communication skills—our clients deserve your very best, every time
- Commitment to spotless cleanliness and exemplary hygiene practices
- Ability to work efficiently and gracefully under pressure
Nice-to-Haves:
- Experience in hospitality within the beauty or wellness sector
- Creativity with specialty coffee drinks or unique beverage recipes
- Proficiency in a second language (a plus with our diverse clientele)
