What You’ll Be Doing

  • Liaising daily with both partner salons in the Gulf region and recruitment networks in the Philippines and Nepal
  • Conducting in-depth candidate interviews and skills assessments, both virtually and in-person at our training center
  • Organizing and monitoring tailored training programs that go beyond the basics — think Gulf-specific salon etiquette and cultural fluency
  • Providing ongoing mentorship, feedback, and support to candidates as they transition to their new roles abroad
  • Maintaining meticulous records and ensuring every placement meets our standards for professionalism and integration
  • Collaborating cross-functionally to improve training modules, placement processes, and candidate experience
  • Staying on top of regional market trends, and sharing insights with the team to help us refine our services

What You’ll Bring

Must-Haves:

  • Experience in recruitment, especially with international placements or in the beauty sector
  • Strong cross-cultural communication skills and the ability to put people at ease
  • A detail-oriented mindset — you know every placement is unique, and you treat it that way
  • Comfort juggling multiple priorities without losing your sense of humor (or your cool)
  • English proficiency; knowledge of Tagalog, Nepali, or Arabic is a serious plus

Nice-to-Haves:

  • Firsthand exposure to salon operations or beauty centers (either hands-on or consultative)
  • Familiarity with labor laws and visa processes in the Gulf
  • Experience designing or delivering vocational training programs
