What You’ll Be Doing
- Zipping across Dubai’s diverse neighborhoods, delivering parcels and meals right on schedule
- Navigating city routes safely and efficiently—even during rush hour
- Communicating clearly with customers (a smile and a polite greeting go a long way)
- Keeping your bike well-maintained and following all traffic regulations
- Working closely with dispatch to ensure orders are prioritized and delivered correctly
- Representing our company with professionalism and pride, every single ride
What You’ll Bring
Must-Haves:
- Valid UAE bike riding license or a home country license (for freshers ready to learn)
- Minimum age of 21 years and at least 5.6 feet in height
- Comfortable conversing in English—you’ll be chatting with team members and customers alike
- A proactive attitude and willingness to adapt in a fast-paced environment
- Commitment to safety and delivering excellent customer service
Nice-to-Haves:
- Previous experience as a delivery rider or in a similar field
