What You’ll Be Doing
- Spotting and gathering young players at the venue, making sure none are left behind during their “ascent” — that all-important transition from training or after-school to boarding the bus.
- Accompanying youth players on the bus, ensuring their safety at every moment (no wrestling matches in the back row, thanks to you).
- Maintaining a friendly but firm environment where proper behavior is the norm, not the exception.
- Staying in touch with parents before, during, and after transport — updates, clarifications, and a reassuring presence when needed.
- Coordinating schedules and addressing changes or concerns as they come up (because plans, like kids, don’t always sit still).
