About the Role: Responsibilities, Skills, and Requirements

Introduction

Looking for a driving role that’s more than just running errands? As our Car Driver based at a busy construction site in Sharjah, you’ll be at the heart of our daily operations — making sure people and materials get where they need to be, right on time. If you enjoy a job where reliability is valued and every day brings a new challenge, this could be the role that lets your skills shine. Plus, you’ll get to work in an environment where your attention to safety and efficiency doesn’t go unnoticed.

About the Company

We’re a team of builders, planners, and problem-solvers powering some of Sharjah’s most exciting construction projects. Around here, teamwork isn’t just a buzzword — it’s how we get things done. We believe in clear communication, and you’ll often find the site manager sharing a quick chat with the drivers just as easily as with the engineers. Our culture is built on respect, trust, and a shared sense of purpose. Friday afternoons? That’s when the team usually gathers for a quick recap and a well-earned laugh before the weekend.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Safely transport site personnel, visitors, and materials between locations in and around Sharjah
  • Ensure all trips are completed on schedule, sometimes navigating tight delivery windows
  • Conduct daily checks on the vehicle — from fuel to tire pressure — to keep everything running smoothly
  • Load, secure, and unload construction materials, taking care to prevent damage or delays
  • Communicate with the site supervisor about scheduling, special pickups, or last-minute changes
  • Assist in maintaining delivery and log records as needed for site documentation
  • Occasionally help out with minor site tasks when driving duties are lighter (every hand counts!)

What You’ll Bring

Must-Haves:

  • Valid UAE car driver’s license
  • Proven experience driving to and from construction or similar work sites
  • Strong sense of punctuality and reliability — people count on you to be there
  • Good communication skills, including basic spoken English or Arabic
  • Commitment to safe driving practices at all times

Nice-to-Haves:

  • Familiarity with common construction materials and basic handling guidelines
  • Previous experience assisting with on-site logistics or deliveries
  • Knowledge of Sharjah roads and local traffic patterns

Not sure you tick every box? We’d still love to hear from you.

Why You’ll Love Working Here

  • Competitive salary, paid promptly every month
  • Overtime pay for those extra-busy weeks
  • Supportive team environment where drivers are respected and included
  • Regular working hours with occasional flexibility
  • Opportunity to learn more about construction operations and grow within the company
  • Clean, well-maintained vehicles — because your safety matters
  • Tea breaks and team lunches when the schedule allows

We know the best teams are built on trust and respect, and we’re proud to offer a workplace where your reliability and hard work are truly appreciated. If you’re ready for a role that keeps you moving and values your contribution, you’ll feel right at home with us.
