Responsibilities

• Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless workflow and timely delivery of customer vehicles.
• Maintain meticulous attention to detail in every repair to uphold the garage’s reputation for excellence.

Car Painter

• Prepare vehicle surfaces for painting by sanding, masking, and priming as required.
• Mix and apply paints to achieve flawless, factory-level finishes.
• Match paint colors precisely to existing vehicle hues using professional color-matching systems.
• Ensure every paint job meets the highest standards for durability and visual appeal.

General Garage Worker

• Support skilled technicians in daily operations, including vehicle cleaning, parts handling, and workshop organization.
• Assist in moving vehicles in and out of the work area safely.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace in line with company policies.
• Contribute to a positive team environment by being proactive and reliable.

Requirements

For Skilled Positions (Panel Beater & Painter)

• Extensive, hands-on experience in car bodywork or automotive painting (minimum 5 years preferred).
• In-depth knowledge of the latest repair, restoration, and painting techniques.
• Proven track record of delivering high-quality results in a fast-paced workshop environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
