What You’ll Be Doing
- Providing direct, compassionate care to elderly residents, ensuring their comfort and well-being
- Assisting with daily living needs—think dressing, mobility, meals, and sometimes just sitting and sharing a story
- Supporting medical staff with vital checks, administering medication (if you’re a nurse), and keeping detailed care records
- Creating strong, trust-based relationships with each resident and their families—kindness is your superpower
- Working seamlessly with colleagues to maintain a positive, safe environment
- Responding calmly to emergencies, following established care protocols
- Participating in ongoing training sessions and team meetings (we believe in continuous learning!)
What You’ll Bring
- Compassion, patience, and genuine respect for elderly individuals
- Prior experience as a caregiver, nurse, or healthcare assistant is a big plus
- Ability to work in the UAE (please note, accommodation and a residency visa are provided for those already here)
