Your expertise will be essential in the installation, configuration, and ongoing maintenance of a variety of advanced security technologies, including CCTV systems, intercoms, access control mechanisms, and electronic gates. Responsibilities

• Install and configure security systems: Set up CCTV cameras, intercom units, access control devices, and electronic gate systems at client sites, ensuring all components are correctly installed for optimal performance.
• System upgrades and troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve technical issues promptly. Provide system upgrades and make necessary adjustments to ensure continued reliability of all security equipment.
• Regular maintenance: Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance on all installed systems to detect and resolve potential problems before they escalate.
• Wiring and connectivity: Perform precise wiring and connection of security devices, ensuring all installations comply with safety standards and manufacturer guidelines.
• Blueprint interpretation: Read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints to plan and execute installations efficiently and accurately.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate records of installation procedures, maintenance activities, and service reports for each project.
• Client support: Offer clear guidance and training to end-users regarding system operations and best practices for maintaining their security solutions.
• Collaborate with team members: Work closely with other technicians and project managers to deliver seamless project execution and high-quality service.

Requirements

• Experience: Proven hands-on experience with the installation, configuration, and maintenance of CCTV, intercom, access control, and electronic gate systems.
• Technical skills: Strong proficiency in wiring, troubleshooting electronic security systems, and using tools required for installation and maintenance tasks.
• Blueprint literacy: Ability to read, understand, and work from technical drawings and blueprints.
• Attention to detail: High level of accuracy in all aspects of work, from wiring to documenting maintenance activities.
• Communication skills: Clear verbal and written communication abilities to interact effectively with team members and clients.
• Mobility: UAE driving license is highly preferred to facilitate travel between project sites in and around Al Ain.
• Professionalism: Commitment to upholding safety standards, company policies, and client confidentiality at all times.
