What You’ll Be Doing
- Supporting families by handling a variety of daily household tasks (cleaning, tidying, laundry, and light meal prep)
- Providing attentive babysitting for children, ensuring a safe and nurturing environment
- Assisting elders with everyday routines — offering companionship, gentle reminders, and mobility support as needed
- Following specific care instructions provided by each family (because every home is unique)
- Communicating clearly with your assigned family and our team about any issues or special requests
- Embracing a flexible approach: sometimes, needs shift from week to week
- Respecting confidentiality and upholding the highest standards of care at all times
What You’ll Bring
Must-Haves:
- Currently living in the UAE (applicants outside UAE cannot be considered, per company policy)
- Willingness to work in Al Hamiriya, Dubai
- A caring, reliable, and trustworthy personality
- Basic communication skills in English or Arabic
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends if required
- Respect for privacy and family routines
Nice-to-Haves:
- Previous experience in housekeeping, babysitting, or elder care (but freshers and visitors are welcome to apply!)
- Ability to cook simple, healthy meals
- Knowledge of basic first aid
