What You’ll Be Doing
Nannies:
- Create a safe, nurturing environment for children aged 3–12.
- Support with daily routines — from breakfast singalongs to evening storytime.
- Spot emotional or physical needs and respond with attentive care.
- Work closely with teachers and healthcare staff to ensure holistic well-being.
Bus Attendants:
- Greet children with a smile as they board and disembark the bus.
- Ensure everyone is safely seated and accounted for, every single trip.
- Communicate calmly with children, even on hectic mornings.
- Liaise with drivers and caregivers to handle any concerns promptly.
Caregivers:
- Assist with meals, hygiene, and personal care routines.
- Offer comfort and encouragement during tough days — a reassuring presence matters.
- Support children with special needs, adapting to individual care plans.
- Help organize indoor and outdoor activities that spark joy and learning.
What You’ll Bring
Must-Haves:
- A genuine love for working with children and a nurturing personality.
- Patience, empathy, and a knack for keeping calm in busy or emotional moments.
- Basic spoken English or Arabic (bonus if you know both!).
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including some weekends or evenings.
