  • Ensuring all construction activities adhere to UAE regulations and safety standards—no shortcuts, no compromises.
  • Monitoring project timelines, budgets, and resources, and reporting progress to senior management.
  • Troubleshooting unexpected site challenges with quick thinking and practical solutions.
  • Keeping meticulous records and documentation for each stage of the build.

  • Demonstrated ability to coordinate with government departments, consultants, and contractors.
  • Strong leadership skills with a knack for motivating teams and managing onsite labor.
  • Proficiency in project management and reporting tools.
  • Excellent communication—clear, direct, and professional, whether you’re talking to workers or stakeholders.

Nice-to-Haves:

  • Previous experience managing G+4, G+6, or G+8 projects in Ajman or the Northern Emirates.
  • Familiarity with digital construction management platforms.
  • UAE driving license.

Not sure you tick every box? We’d still love to hear from you.

  • Competitive salary package with regular performance reviews.

  • Ongoing professional development and training—grow your skills as the company grows.
