What You’ll Be Doing
- Overseeing building projects (G+4, G+6, G+8) from initial planning to final completion, ensuring all phases run smoothly.
- Managing and guiding site labor daily, resolving issues as they crop up, and keeping morale high.
- Coordinating closely with municipality officials, consultants, and subcontractors to keep everyone on the same page (and on schedule).

What You’ll Bring
Must-Haves:
- At least 3 years of hands-on UAE experience in the civil engineering contracting sector.
- Solid knowledge of local construction regulations, codes, and standards.
