As a Civil Engineer with hands-on UAE experience, you know it’s not just about blueprints and concrete—it’s about constant adaptation, smart problem-solving, and creating work that truly lasts. Here’s your chance to make a meaningful mark in the Ajman Industrial Area-2, working with a close-knit team that values your expertise and insight. If you’re looking to step up, contribute your local know-how, and be part of real, on-the-ground change, you might feel right at home here.

About the Company

Nestled in the heart of Ajman’s bustling Industrial Area-2, our firm blends deep regional roots with a commitment to new ideas and top-quality execution. We’re known for delivering projects that matter in the community, from structural builds to site improvements — all while keeping things collaborative and supportive. Our team speaks a few languages (literal and figurative), values honest feedback, and might just share a cup of chai while troubleshooting solutions. We believe excellent engineering happens when everyone has a voice, and that your UAE-specific wisdom will be genuinely celebrated here.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Oversee day-to-day site operations, ensuring all construction activities line up with project specs, safety standards, and timelines
  • Coordinate with supervisors, subcontractors, and suppliers to streamline work and sort out site issues on the fly
  • Carry out on-site inspections, quality checks, and technical reporting to keep every stage moving smoothly
  • Work directly with clients, consultants, and authorities—navigating Ajman’s unique regulations with confidence
  • Read and interpret drawings, updating plans as needed and flagging potential risks or conflicts
  • Mentor junior engineers and site staff, sharing your UAE civil engineering expertise with an open mind
  • Keep detailed project documentation—because you know that solid records make future work stronger

What You’ll Bring

Must-Haves:

  • Valid Society of Engineers Card (UAE)
  • Valid UAE Driving License
  • 3–5 years of solid civil engineering experience within the UAE construction landscape
  • Strong communication skills in English and Hindi—you’re comfortable shifting between both as needed onsite and off
  • Ability to coordinate multiple tasks and deadlines without losing your cool

Nice-to-Haves:

  • Previous experience with municipal projects or large-scale site developments in Ajman or neighboring emirates
  • Familiarity with popular project management or engineering software (think AutoCAD, Primavera, or similar)
  • A knack for clear reporting—even when explaining technical findings to non-engineers

Not sure you tick every box? We’d still love to hear from you.

Why You’ll Love Working Here

  • Competitive salary structure, with details discussed openly during the interview process
  • Supportive team environment—where you’ll have the autonomy to lead, plus the backup of colleagues who want you to succeed
  • Convenient work location in Ajman Industrial Area-2, with frequent opportunities to tackle new challenges
  • Exposure to diverse project types, from industrial improvements to community structures
  • A culture that prizes transparency, fair feedback, and growth—both professional and personal
  • Celebratory team lunches, and a few “engineer-invented” traditions that keep things interesting

At the end of the day, you’ll be part of a company that doesn’t just care about what you build—but about how you do it, and how much you enjoy getting there. If you’re ready to bring your UAE expertise into a role that values both your technical skill and your on-the-ground know-how, let’s talk.
