What You’ll Be Doing
- Keeping all communal areas—like hallways, lobbies, and elevators—spotless and inviting for residents and visitors.
- Sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and dusting floors and surfaces to maintain a consistently high level of cleanliness.
- Handling waste collection and disposal, ensuring bins are emptied and replaced regularly.
- Reporting any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the building supervisor promptly.
- Sanitizing high-touch areas such as door handles, lift buttons, and handrails multiple times a day.
- Replenishing cleaning supplies and communicating with management when stocks run low.
- Occasionally assisting residents with light cleaning requests in shared spaces.
- Maintaining cleaning equipment and keeping storage areas tidy and organized.
- Taking initiative to spot and address areas that need extra attention—your keen eye is valued here!
What You’ll Bring

- Ability to work independently and manage your time efficiently.
- Experience in cleaning, preferably in residential or hospitality settings.
- Good physical health; able to lift, bend, and be on your feet for most of your shift.
