Responsibilities

As a cleaner at Tisho Care, your role is essential in upholding our reputation for exceptional service. Your daily tasks will include:

• Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene across a variety of residential and commercial spaces
• Sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming floors and surfaces
• Sanitizing bathrooms, kitchens, and other high-traffic areas
• Emptying trash bins and handling waste responsibly
• Replenishing cleaning supplies and reporting inventory needs
• Following company cleaning protocols for safety and efficiency
• Assisting and supporting your teammates as needed
• Reporting maintenance issues or damages to supervisors promptly
• Upholding the company’s high standards of customer service and professionalism

Requirements

We are looking for candidates who are:

• Female, as per job requirements
• Energetic, enthusiastic, and physically fit for manual work
• Willing to learn, with a positive attitude and openness to feedback
• Attentive to detail, ensuring every task is completed to the highest standard
• Able to communicate effectively and work as part of a diverse team

Preferred but not required:

• Previous experience in cleaning or housekeeping roles
• Familiarity with cleaning tools, materials, and industry best practices
