Responsibilities

As a Helper (Cleaner), your main duties will include:

• Maintaining Cleanliness: Ensure all assigned areas, including offices, communal spaces, restrooms, and other facilities, remain spotless and organized at all times.
• Routine Cleaning Tasks: Perform sweeping, mopping, dusting, vacuuming, and waste disposal according to daily schedules.
• Sanitization: Disinfect high-touch surfaces regularly to uphold health and safety standards.
• Restocking Supplies: Monitor and replenish cleaning materials and toiletries as needed.
• Reporting Issues: Identify and report any maintenance or repair needs to supervisors promptly.
• Adhering to Protocols: Follow all company cleaning protocols and safety guidelines to ensure a safe and hygienic environment for all.
• Team Collaboration: Work cooperatively with team members and supervisors to achieve collective goals efficiently.

Requirements

We are seeking candidates who exhibit the following qualities and qualifications:

• Experience: Previous experience as a cleaner or helper is an advantage, but not essential. Training is provided for motivated individuals.
• Reliability: Strong attendance, punctuality, and a consistent work ethic are essential.
• Smart and Proactive: Ability to identify tasks proactively and maintain high standards without constant supervision.
• Physical Fitness: Capable of performing manual tasks such as lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
• Attention to Detail: Committed to delivering thorough and high-quality cleaning results.
• Communication: Basic ability to understand and follow instructions in English or another common language.
• Adaptability: Willingness to take on varied cleaning duties and adjust to changing schedules or priorities.
