About Us
We’re a locally rooted cleaning company that believes in the little things — a swept corner, a neatly folded towel, a cheerful “good morning” as you walk in. Our team is tight-knit and supportive, with most of our staff having been with us for years (we’re proud of that!). We work hard, but we also share laughs over tea breaks and swap tips on everything from stain removal to the best Arabic coffee in town. Fridays, we wrap up early and celebrate the week’s wins together.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Bringing your expertise to organize and clean a variety of homes and offices around Al Karama Corniche
- Using your eye for detail to ensure every room meets our high standards (think: spotless surfaces, fresh linens, and a welcoming atmosphere)
- Communicating in Arabic with clients to understand their preferences and needs
- Working collaboratively with your teammates (sometimes two heads — or mops — are better than one!)
- Participating in our short training and assessment period (1–2 days) to get comfortable with our routines and expectations
- Occasionally recommending better ways to organize or maintain spaces — we love hearing your ideas!
What You’ll Bring
Must-Haves:
- Previous experience cleaning and organizing within the Emirates
- Ability to speak and understand Arabic (a must for our clients)
- Strong work ethic and a positive, respectful attitude
- Willingness to learn and adapt to our company’s standards
Nice-to-Haves:
- Experience with various cleaning products or equipment
- A knack for organizing or decluttering spaces
- Recommendations or references from previous employers
