Key Responsibilities

• Project Oversight: Supervise the planning, execution, and completion of construction projects, ensuring that all activities adhere to established timelines and budgetary constraints.
• Regulatory Compliance: Interpret and implement local and federal building codes, safety regulations, and environmental guidelines throughout the construction process.
• Quality Assurance: Maintain rigorous quality control procedures to ensure that all materials, workmanship, and processes meet the company’s standards and client expectations.
• Coordination: Work closely with architects, contractors, consultants, and on-site personnel to facilitate smooth communication and resolve any technical issues that arise during construction.
• Progress Reporting: Prepare detailed reports on project progress, challenges, and milestones for internal review and client updates.
• Problem-Solving: Identify potential project risks and implement effective solutions to minimize delays or cost overruns.
• Documentation: Ensure all project documentation is up-to-date and accurately reflects any changes or developments.
• Resource Management: Oversee the allocation and utilization of materials, labor, and equipment to optimize efficiency and productivity.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Nationality: Indian candidate required for this role, due to company and project specifications.
• Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of relevant work experience in construction engineering within the Emirate of Umm Al Quwain.
• Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Technical Proficiency: Strong understanding of construction management software, project scheduling tools, and MS Office Suite.
• Knowledge Base: Deep familiarity with local construction methods, building regulations, and industry best practices specific to Umm Al Quwain.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities in English; proficiency in other languages is an advantage.
• Leadership: Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams, coordinate with diverse stakeholders, and drive projects to successful completion.
• Attention to Detail: Demonstrated commitment to maintaining high standards of accuracy, safety, and quality across all project phases.
