With immediate openings and a direct path to join (even if you’re new to the industry), there’s never been a smoother way to jumpstart your construction career across the Emirates.

About the Company

We’re a fast-growing construction firm with projects spanning all over the Emirates, but our base camp is in Umm Al Quwain. Our team is a melting pot of backgrounds — some of us have built skyscrapers, while others started with zero experience. What we share is grit, teamwork, and a knack for getting things done right. We believe everyone deserves a fair shot — that’s why we offer not just jobs, but a place to live, grow, and belong. On Fridays? You’ll find us gathering for a communal meal or catching a live football match on TV in the staff lounge.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Supporting skilled crews on active construction sites — from moving materials to assisting with daily site setup
  • Completing basic maintenance, cleaning, and organization tasks to keep project areas safe and efficient
  • Following instructions from site supervisors and experienced workers — it’s a team effort every day
  • Helping with demolition, repairs, or building tasks (you’ll always get on-the-job training)
  • Traveling between job locations as needed, all transportation provided by the company
  • Working outside and on your feet (it’s real, physical work — you’ll go home feeling accomplished!)

What You’ll Bring

Must-Haves:

  • Willingness to work hard and learn new skills — experience is a bonus, but not required
  • Ready to join with or without previous construction background
  • Ability to follow instructions and work well in a diverse team
  • Prepared to relocate and live in company-provided accommodation
  • Open to working across various sites throughout the Emirates
  • Basic ID is a plus, but it’s not essential (we’ll help with documentation if needed)

Nice-to-Haves:

  • Any previous hands-on or outdoor work experience
  • Familiarity with basic safety practices (we’ll train you if not)
  • Eagerness to build a long-term path in the construction industry

Not sure you tick every box? We’d still love to hear from you.

Why You’ll Love Working Here

  • Free accommodation near your duty location — instant community, zero rent stress
  • Free daily transportation to and from all work sites
  • Direct joining with or without ID — our HR team will help process papers and onboarding
  • Clean, crew-friendly living spaces (bring your belongings — we’ll handle the rest)
  • 9-hour standard work days — plenty of opportunities for overtime if you’re motivated
  • Genuine chance to grow new skills and advance as you prove yourself
  • Friendly, supportive workmates — we know when to work hard and when to enjoy a cup of tea together

We offer more than just a paycheck — it’s a safe place to start, grow, and support one another. If you’re ready for a new journey and up for the challenge, you might just fit right in.
