Responsibilities

As a Curtain Tailor, you will play a pivotal role in turning client visions into beautiful reality. Your daily tasks will include:

• Measuring and Cutting: Precisely measure and cut fabrics to meet client specifications, ensuring accuracy in every detail.
• Sewing and Assembling: Use sewing machines and hand-stitching techniques to create custom curtains, pleats, valances, and accessories.
• Fabric Selection and Preparation: Work closely with clients and designers to select suitable fabrics, colors, and styles for each project.
• Installation Assistance: Join our team for on-site curtain installations, ensuring each piece is perfectly hung and draped.
• Quality Control: Inspect finished curtains for seams, alignment, and overall quality before delivery or installation.
• Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with colleagues and supervisors to coordinate workflow, schedule installations, and resolve challenges.
• Customer Interaction: Occasionally interact with clients during measurements or installations, representing the company with professionalism and courtesy.

Requirements

We are looking for enthusiastic candidates who meet the following criteria:

• Age: Between 20 and 28 years old.
• Experience: Solid understanding of curtain tailoring, including fabric cutting, sewing, hemming, pleating, and finishing techniques.
• Outdoor Readiness: Willingness to assist with outdoor assignments, such as on-site measurements and installations.
• Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team, sharing knowledge and supporting others as needed.
• Attention to Detail: Keen eye for precision and a commitment to delivering high-quality craftsmanship.
• Physical Stamina: Capable of handling the physical demands of lifting, moving, and installing curtains.
• Eagerness to Learn: Openness to feedback and a desire to develop new skills within the field of curtain and textile design.
