About the Role: Responsibilities, Skills, and Requirements

Introduction

Ever find yourself getting a little satisfaction from seeing everything in just the right place? As a Data Entry Clerk with us in All Rollah Sharah, you’ll be the quiet hero behind the scenes, making sure our information is always spot-on and up to date. This isn’t just about typing numbers—your attention to detail will help keep our operations running smoothly, supporting a company that’s growing fast in a market that values accuracy more than ever. If you’re someone who genuinely enjoys making things work better and smarter, this could be the perfect next step for you.

About the Company

We’re a close-knit team with a shared belief: the details matter. Our company has been expanding steadily over the last few years, and with that growth comes a huge emphasis on getting our data right. You won’t find any stuffy corporate vibes here—think open-door policies, spontaneous coffee runs, and the occasional laugh over spreadsheet mishaps. We believe in steady improvement, celebrate small wins, and value input from every single member of the team. Here, your work really does make a difference.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Collecting and entering data from a variety of sources—sometimes it’s a quick email, other times you’ll need to track down the details
  • Liaising with employees and customers to clarify information and ensure all records are accurate and up to date
  • Spotting inconsistencies or errors in data entries, and taking the initiative to correct them before they become problems
  • Maintaining and regularly updating our databases with a focus on data integrity and security
  • Supporting other departments with their data needs—think of yourself as the go-to for reliable information
  • Adapting to new data management tools and processes as our systems evolve
  • Occasionally pitching in with small office admin tasks when needed (we all help each other here)

What You’ll Bring

Must-Haves:

  • A sharp eye for detail—mistakes don’t get past you
  • Experience with common data entry or management tools (Excel, Google Sheets, or specific database platforms)
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage your workload independently
  • Solid communication skills for gathering information and clarifying details with colleagues and customers
  • A proactive approach to identifying and fixing errors—no waiting for someone else to notice

Nice-to-Haves:

  • Prior experience in a data entry or administrative support role
  • Familiarity with CRM or ERP systems
  • Comfortable juggling multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting

Not sure you tick every box? We’d still love to hear from you.

Why You’ll Love Working Here

  • Competitive salary and performance-based bonuses
  • Flexible schedule options and a supportive approach to work-life balance
  • Friendly, collaborative team—you’ll always have someone to brainstorm (or commiserate) with
  • Opportunities to learn new tools and advance your skills as we grow
  • Casual dress code and an open, approachable management style
  • Regular team check-ins and the occasional celebratory lunch (we take food seriously!)

We’re committed to making this a place where your keen eye for detail and commitment to quality can really shine. If you’re looking for a role where your work is noticed and valued, you’ll feel right at home with us.
