What You’ll Be Doing
- Entering and updating a variety of data accurately into our internal systems
- Double-checking entries for errors or inconsistencies before final submission
- Coordinating with other team members to ensure data is up-to-date and reliable
- Maintaining confidentiality and security of sensitive company information
- Assisting with routine reporting or data audits as needed
- Suggesting improvements to our data processes – we love fresh ideas!
- Responding promptly to requests for information or data corrections
- Supporting the team with occasional administrative tasks when required
What You’ll Bring
Must-Haves:
- Solid computer skills and comfort with common office software (think Excel, Word, etc.)
- Exceptional attention to detail — you spot mistakes others might miss
- Ability to work efficiently and maintain focus, even when the work is repetitive
