About the Company
Talos Delivery Services isn't just another dispatch hub; we're a crew that values the people who keep the city moving. We’ve grown by understanding that a happy rider is a reliable rider, which is why we focus on removing the barriers that usually hold delivery drivers back. Whether you're a seasoned pro or just starting your journey in the UAE, you'll find our team is less about rigid hierarchy and more about getting the job done efficiently—and looking out for one another along the way. We believe in providing the tools you need, so you can focus on what matters: hitting your targets and delivering a great experience to every customer.
What You’ll Be Doing (Responsibilities)
This isn’t a desk job, and we love that about it. Your day will be dynamic, fast-paced, and never boring. Here’s a taste of what your daily routine will look like:
- Navigating the city: You’ll be zipping through traffic to pick up orders and deliver them promptly, using your knowledge of the area to find the quickest routes.
- Managing your orders: You’ll handle multiple deliveries per shift, ensuring each order is checked, secured, and handed off correctly—maintaining a high standard of accuracy.
- Keeping the wheels turning: You’ll perform basic checks on your motorcycle or bicycle to ensure it’s in top shape, reporting any issues to our maintenance team so you’re never left stranded.
- Being the face of the brand: You’ll interact with customers and restaurant staff with a professional and friendly attitude, representing Talos Delivery Services in a positive light.
- Following the playbook: You’ll adhere to all traffic laws and company safety guidelines, because getting you home safe is our top priority.
What You’ll Bring (Qualifications)
We’re looking for people who are serious about their work ethic and ready to hit the ground running. You don’t need a decade of experience, but you do need the right attitude. Here’s what we’re looking for:
Must-Haves:
- A valid motorcycle license is essential for our motorized roles.
- You’re physically fit and comfortable being active for extended periods.
- You have a smartphone with a reliable internet connection for order tracking.
- You’re punctual, responsible, and take pride in your reliability.
- Basic knowledge of the local roads and neighborhoods is a big plus.
Nice-to-Haves:
- Previous experience with delivery platforms (Talabat, Deliveroo, Zomato, etc.).
- A valid UAE visa or Emirates ID.
- For bicycle roles, we provide the bike, but having your own gear is a bonus.
Not sure you tick every box? We’d still love to hear from you—if you’ve got the drive, we can help with the rest.
Why You’ll Love Working Here (Benefits & Perks)
Let’s be real—finding a delivery gig that offers stability can feel like searching for a mirage. That’s why we’re different. We believe in taking care of our riders so they can take care of our customers.
- Free Accommodation: Yes, you read that right. We provide free accommodation for drivers with a valid license, which is a massive help in the UAE.
- Bike Provided: No need to worry about the wear and tear on your own vehicle—we supply reliable motorcycles and bicycles for work. You just show up and ride.
- Immediate Start: We’re hiring now and our onboarding is quick, so you can start earning without a lengthy waiting period.
- Stable Workflow: We partner with various delivery companies and platforms, ensuring a consistent stream of orders to keep your day busy and your earnings steady.
- Supportive Team: From dispatch to maintenance, our back-office team is there to support you on the road.
At the end of the day, we want you to feel secure in your role, knowing that your basic needs are handled so you can focus on maximizing your income. If you’re ready to join a team that values your effort as much as you do, we’d love to welcome you aboard.
