About the Role: Responsibilities, Skills, and Requirements

Ever wondered what it’s like to zip through Dubai’s most vibrant neighborhoods, helping hungry folks get their favorite meals right to their doorsteps? As a Delivery Worker with us, you’ll be at the heart of the action — from the bustling streets of Business Bay to the sparkling towers of Marina and the lively corners of Barsha. If you already call Dubai home and are looking for a reliable job that keeps you on the move (literally), this could be your perfect next step.

About the Company

We’re a fast-growing local delivery service with a simple mission: make food delivery in Dubai smoother, friendlier, and more efficient for everyone involved. Our team is diverse, supportive, and just a little bit competitive (don’t be surprised if someone tries to beat your delivery time—but only in good fun!). We believe in treating our riders with respect, equipping them with what they need, and celebrating every small win—like that first five-star customer review.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Delivering food orders quickly and safely to customers in Barsha, Business Bay, and Marina using a company-provided electric bike.
  • Navigating the city streets and apartment complexes with confidence — you’ll get to know Dubai’s shortcuts like the back of your hand.
  • Keeping in touch with dispatchers and customers for smooth, on-time deliveries (a friendly attitude goes a long way here).
  • Handling food orders with care, making sure everything arrives just as the restaurant intended.
  • Rocking your company uniform and representing our brand with professionalism and a welcoming smile.

What You’ll Bring

  • Must-Haves:
    • Current residence in Dubai (we’re only hiring folks already living in the city).
    • Valid residence visa or permit.
    • Comfort riding an electric bike through city traffic and neighborhoods.
    • Basic smartphone skills — you’ll use an app to receive orders and navigate.
    • A positive, reliable attitude — rain or shine, busy or quiet, you’re ready to deliver.
  • Nice-to-Haves:
    • Previous experience in delivery or courier work in Dubai.
    • Familiarity with the Barsha, Business Bay, or Marina areas.
    • Basic English or Arabic communication skills.

Not sure you tick every box? We’d still love to hear from you.

Why You’ll Love Working Here

  • Company-provided electric bike and uniform — just bring your energy and know-how.
  • Flexible shifts to fit around your life and commitments.
  • Supportive, approachable team with hands-on training for new joiners.
  • Opportunities to get to know Dubai’s best neighborhoods (plus, you’ll never get bored of the view).
  • Recognition for your hard work — we celebrate effort, not just speed.

We’re all about making a tough job rewarding. If you’re ready to hit the road and become part of a team that values what you do, we can’t wait to meet you.
