About the Role: Responsibilities, Skills, and Requirements

Ever found yourself navigating Dubai’s vibrant streets with confidence, turning the city’s bustle into smooth journeys? If you’re a skilled driver ready for your next role and appreciate a good routine, this opportunity could be just what you’ve been waiting for. We’re looking for a reliable and English-speaking Driver with hands-on experience in quarter-ton vehicles (manual) to join a respected company in Al Khabeesi — a stone’s throw from Abu Bakr Al Siddiq Metro Station. Here’s your chance to put your driving expertise to work in a role that values safety, punctuality, and a friendly attitude.

About the Company

This isn’t just another big-name employer. Our team has built a reputation for efficiency and professionalism, but we’ve never lost our sense of camaraderie. Our staff come from all over and bring their own stories to the table — lunchtime here is as lively as the work itself. Based conveniently in Al Khabeesi, we’re known for combining a strong operational backbone with a people-first approach. We believe a good day at work is about more than just getting from A to B — it’s about teamwork, respect, and a shared sense of purpose.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Safely operate quarter-ton manual vehicles for deliveries or internal company transport within Dubai and nearby areas.
  • Maintain clear and professional communication with the dispatch team and clients, ensuring all instructions are followed precisely.
  • Conduct daily vehicle inspections and basic maintenance (oil, tire pressure, cleanliness) to keep vehicles in top condition.
  • Adhere strictly to traffic laws, company safety guidelines, and schedules — punctuality is key.
  • Assist with loading and unloading goods as needed; you’ll never be left to figure things out on your own.
  • Report any incidents, delays, or vehicle issues promptly to your supervisor.
  • Occasionally support other teams if needed — we all pitch in when things get busy.

What You’ll Bring

Must-Haves:

  • At least 3 years of experience driving quarter-ton (manual) vehicles in the UAE.
  • A valid UAE driving license for manual vehicles.
  • Current residence permit (that can be loaned/seconded to our company as per regulations).
  • Confident spoken English — you’ll be chatting with colleagues and clients daily.
  • Age 30 or below (as per company policy).
  • Good knowledge of Dubai roads and a reputation for safe, responsible driving.

Nice-to-Haves:

  • Familiarity with delivery protocols or basic vehicle troubleshooting.
  • A friendly, can-do attitude — we appreciate team players.

Not sure you tick every box? We’d still love to hear from you.

Why You’ll Love Working Here

  • Convenient location: Skip the traffic — we’re steps away from Abu Bakr Al Siddiq Metro Station.
  • Stable, daytime hours: 10 am to 7 pm lets you avoid the early morning rush, with Sundays off to recharge.
  • Competitive, timely salary: AED 3,000 monthly, paid on time, every time.
  • Supportive team culture: You’ll be part of a close-knit crew that looks out for each other.
  • Clear expectations: No surprises — just straightforward work and a reliable routine.
  • Room to grow: Show your commitment and there’s always a chance to learn new skills or take on more responsibility.

We know that being on the road in Dubai isn’t always easy, but with the right team behind you, every day brings new opportunities — and maybe a few stories to share at lunch.
