Looking for a new chapter behind the wheel in Dubai? Whether you’re a seasoned Heavy Vehicle Driver or prefer the pace of private or delivery driving, we have immediate openings for licensed professionals ready to hit the road. These roles aren’t just about getting from A to B—they’re about reliability, safety, and making a real impact for our clients. If you’re already in the UAE and eager for a stable job with solid benefits, let’s talk.

About the Company

We’re a trusted recruitment partner for some of Dubai’s fastest-growing logistics, corporate, and private client companies. Our team is a lively mix—think morning coffee huddles, quick check-ins after a long shift, and plenty of stories from the road. We know how important drivers are in keeping the city moving, and we’re proud to help match great drivers with employers who value their skills. Honesty, respect, and a knack for quick problem-solving are just part of how we operate. (And yes, we’re always up for a friendly debate about the best route across town!)

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Safely operate company vehicles—light or heavy, depending on your license and experience—across Dubai and occasionally further afield.
  • Deliver goods, parcels, or passengers on time, always with a focus on customer service and efficiency.
  • Maintain vehicle cleanliness and complete regular basic checks (fuel, tire pressure, safety equipment).
  • Communicate clearly with dispatchers, clients, and team members about routes, schedules, or any unexpected changes.
  • Assist with loading/unloading if required for delivery roles.
  • Follow all UAE road safety regulations and company policies—no shortcuts when it comes to safety.

What You’ll Bring

Must-Haves:

  • Valid UAE driving license (appropriate for the vehicles you wish to drive: light, heavy, or both).
  • Current UAE residency (we can only consider candidates already inside the country).
  • A solid track record of safe, responsible driving—references or previous experience are a plus.
  • Basic English communication skills (spoken and written).
  • Flexibility to work shifts and adapt to different routes or schedules.

Nice-to-Haves:

  • Previous experience with delivery, company, or private driving in the UAE.
  • Familiarity with Dubai’s main roads and neighborhoods.
  • Ability to handle minor vehicle troubleshooting.

Not sure you tick every box? We’d still love to hear from you.

  • Competitive salary range: AED 2,500–4,500 (plus commission for certain roles)
  • Free visa processing and company-paid accommodation—no worrying about paperwork or rent
  • Steady schedule: one day off per week to recharge
  • Supportive team environment where drivers look out for each other
  • Career stability with reputable employers across Dubai
  • Opportunities to take on more responsibility or switch between vehicle categories as you grow
