Responsibilities

As a Florist, you will play a key role in shaping the aesthetic and emotional impact of our floral products. Your daily tasks will include:

• Designing and arranging fresh flowers for events such as weddings, anniversaries, corporate gatherings, and personal celebrations.
• Creating bespoke floral arrangements tailored to customer specifications, themes, and preferences.
• Maintaining the freshness and quality of all flowers and plants by following best practices for storage, hydration, and care.
• Managing inventory by tracking stock levels, ordering supplies, and ensuring a diverse selection of blooms.
• Consulting with clients to understand their vision, offering creative advice, and ensuring satisfaction with every arrangement.
• Decorating in-store displays to attract walk-in customers and showcase seasonal designs.
• Assisting with deliveries or on-site installations as required.
• Upholding hygiene and safety standards in the workspace and with all products.

Requirements

To excel in this role, candidates should demonstrate the following:

• Proven experience as a Florist, with a portfolio or references showcasing your expertise in floral arrangement and design.
• Strong knowledge of flower types, seasonal availability, and plant care.
• Exceptional creativity and an eye for color, balance, and composition.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure, especially during peak seasons or large events.
• Attention to detail to ensure every arrangement meets our high standards.
• Physical stamina to handle standing, lifting, and repetitive tasks during your 9-hour shift.
• Immediate availability to join our team is required.
• Previous experience in the UAE or similar markets is a plus, but not mandatory.

Compensation

We recognize and reward talent. The salary for this position ranges from AED 1800 to AED 3800 per month, commensurate with your experience and skill level in flower arrangement. Exceptional performance and creativity will be valued and reflected in your compensation.
