We’re looking for a caring, reliable Nanny to join our household and provide thoughtful, attentive childcare. This role is a unique chance to become an important part of our children’s upbringing in a supportive family atmosphere. If you love bringing both warmth and fun to your work—and appreciate a home where both Arabic and English are spoken—you’ll feel right at home here.
About the Family
We’re a busy, close-knit family based in the UAE, where laughter and lively conversation fill our home. Our days are a blend of creativity, learning, and shared meals. We value trust, kindness, and open communication—qualities we hope to find in the person who will help us care for our children. Our household appreciates cultural traditions, and we celebrate both the little and big milestones together (birthday cakes are considered mandatory!). We're looking for someone who will not just work for us, but truly become part of our day-to-day lives.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Providing attentive, hands-on care for our children throughout the day
- Creating a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment
- Preparing simple, healthy meals or snacks as needed
- Organizing age-appropriate activities—think reading, crafts, games, and outdoor play
- Maintaining a tidy play area and respecting our home’s routines
- Supporting our family’s daily schedule, with some flexibility for shifting needs
- Communicating openly about the children’s moods, needs, and milestones
What You’ll Bring
Must-Haves
- Previous experience caring for children in a professional or family setting
- A valid UAE ID and current, legal eligibility to work
- Fluency in both Arabic and English (so you can keep up with our little bilingual chatterboxes!)
- Full-time availability and a commitment to reliability
- Warmth, patience, and a good sense of humor
Nice-to-Haves
- Basic cooking skills or experience preparing children’s meals
- Understanding of childhood development or early education
- Flexible attitude—every day brings something a little different!
Not sure you tick every box? We’d still love to hear from you.
Why You’ll Love Working Here
- AED 1,500 monthly salary, paid on time and reliably
- Supportive, respectful family who values your role and input
- Opportunity to practice both Arabic and English daily
- Comfortable work environment where your contributions genuinely matter
- Potential for long-term stability—you’ll become part of the family
Our ideal nanny is more than a caregiver—they’re a positive presence who helps our children grow and thrive. If you’re ready to bring your heart and skills to a warm, welcoming household, we’re excited to meet you!
