What You’ll Be Doing
- Crafting flawless eyebrow shapes and tints tailored to each client’s style and facial structure.
- Creating personalized henna designs—from classic motifs to modern bespoke patterns—using safe, skin-friendly products.
- Delivering both partial and full body waxing services, always with an emphasis on client comfort and impeccable hygiene.
- Consulting with clients to understand their preferences, answer questions, and make product or aftercare recommendations.
- Maintaining strict cleanliness of all tools, workstations, and shared spaces in line with Dubai’s health regulations.
- Keeping detailed records of client requests and services, ensuring repeat customers get their preferences remembered.
- Supporting colleagues and helping out with daily studio tasks—because teamwork really does make the dream work.
What You’ll Bring
Must-Haves:
- At least 4 years’ hands-on experience as a brow specialist, henna artist, and waxing professional (all three).
- Proven track record of upholding the highest hygiene and safety standards.
- Strong, friendly communication skills—both when discussing styles and putting nervous clients at ease.
- A genuine passion for customer service and making people feel beautiful and confident.
Nice-to-Haves:
- Experience working with diverse skin tones and hair types (our clientele is a wonderful mix).
- Knowledge of trending brow, henna, or waxing techniques and products.
- Basic conversational Arabic, Russian, or another language commonly spoken in Dubai.
