About the Role: Responsibilities, Skills, and Requirements
Join Our Household as a Family Driver in Fujairah Masafi
Looking for a role where your years behind the wheel and your knowledge of UAE backroads truly matter? We’re searching for a seasoned Family Driver to become a trusted part of our household in Fujairah Masafi. If you pride yourself on safety, punctuality, and navigating the winding routes of Fujairah, Dibba, Kalba, and Khorfakkan with ease, this could be your next home — and your next job.
About Us
We’re a welcoming family rooted in Fujairah Masafi, where daily life is all about balance, trust, and smooth routines. Our household isn’t just about schedules and logistics — it’s about creating a harmonious environment for everyone. We value reliability, clear communication, and a sense of community. You’ll often find us sharing stories at the end of the day (sometimes with a cup of tea), and we truly appreciate the contributions of every member of our team, from the kitchen to the driver’s seat.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Safely transporting family members to school, appointments, and outings — always with a calm, courteous manner.
- Navigating all major and minor roads across Fujairah, Dibba, Kalba, and Khorfakkan, using Google Maps when needed and your own expertise when technology falls short.
- Assisting with light housework as needed — think errands, handling groceries, or helping with small tasks that keep our home running smoothly.
- Maintaining the vehicle’s cleanliness and ensuring it’s always ready for the next journey.
- Communicating clearly with family members about schedules, changes, and needs.
- Upholding a high standard of professionalism, discretion, and respect in all interactions.
What You’ll Bring
Must-Haves:
- At least 10 years of professional driving experience (family driver or similar roles).
- Deep familiarity with UAE roads and especially the Fujairah, Dibba, Kalba, and Khorfakkan regions.
- Proficiency in using Google Maps and other navigation tools.
- Clean, organized, and diligent approach to both driving and housework.
- Strong sense of responsibility and dedication to punctuality and safety.
- Fluency in Urdu and Arabic for easy communication within the household.
Nice-to-Haves:
- Previous experience working in private homes or with families.
- Basic English language skills.
- A friendly, approachable personality.
Not sure you tick every single box? We’d still love to hear from you.
Why You’ll Love Working Here
- Provided accommodation (so you can focus on your work, not your commute).
- Supportive family environment where your contributions are genuinely valued.
- Clear, consistent routines — plus the chance to become a trusted part of our daily life.
- Room to grow professionally in a respectful, stable setting.
- Fair expectations: while food isn’t included, you’ll find the atmosphere welcoming and the living arrangements comfortable.
We aim to build lasting, respectful relationships with everyone in our household. If you’re looking for a place where your skills and commitment are recognized — and where every safe journey makes a real difference — we’d love to meet you.
