About the Role: Responsibilities, Skills, and Requirements

Ever wondered what it’s really like to spend your days surrounded by animals, out in the open air, making a living with your hands? We’re looking for hard-working, reliable individuals to join our animal farm team in Al Ain (Nahel Road, Bidaa Bint Saud, Exit 25). This isn’t your typical nine-to-five — it’s an opportunity to be part of a close-knit crew where every day brings something new, and where your effort truly matters. If you’re someone who finds satisfaction in a job well done and you enjoy working with animals, this could be the right fit for you.

About the Company

Our farm isn’t just a workplace — it’s a living, breathing community. Nestled along Nahel Road, we pride ourselves on maintaining a friendly, down-to-earth atmosphere where respect, teamwork, and responsibility are more than just words. The team here comes from all walks of life, but we’re united by a shared love for animals and the outdoors. Our days can be long, but there’s a genuine sense of camaraderie (you’ll see it during our shared breaks and the way folks pitch in for each other when the workload spikes). We believe in giving everyone a fair shot and rewarding hard work with opportunities for growth.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Caring for and feeding farm animals — you’ll get to know their routines, personalities, and needs.
  • Cleaning and maintaining animal enclosures and farm facilities to ensure a healthy environment.
  • Assisting with basic animal health checks and reporting any concerns to the supervisor.
  • Supporting with daily farm operations, from unloading supplies to helping with maintenance tasks as needed.
  • Working as part of a team to ensure all animals are cared for, safe, and comfortable.
  • Following safety and hygiene protocols at all times — animal care is as much about responsibility as it is about routine.

What You’ll Bring

  • Must-Haves:

    • Fluency in Arabic (essential for team communication and instructions).
    • Willingness to work outdoors, sometimes in tough weather.
    • Good physical stamina and a positive, can-do attitude.
    • Reliability — we count on each other to get things done.
    • Willingness to start with a one-month probation period before residency procedures begin.
  • Nice-to-Haves:

    • Previous experience working with animals or on a farm.
    • Familiarity with basic animal care or maintenance tasks.

Not sure you tick every box? We’d still love to hear from you.

Why You’ll Love Working Here

  • On-site accommodation provided — live close to your workplace and become part of the farm family.
  • Starting salary from 1500 dirhams, with the potential for increases based on your skills and experience.
  • A supportive, straightforward work environment where everyone knows your name.
  • The chance to build hands-on experience working with animals and learn new skills every day.

While we keep things simple — no additional allowances are offered — what we do provide is a stable job, a strong sense of belonging, and the satisfaction of honest, meaningful work. If you’re ready for something different and value being part of a real team, you’ll feel right at home here.
