What You’ll Be Doing

  • Designing personalized fitness programs for family members of different ages and fitness levels
  • Leading private training sessions—sometimes one-on-one, sometimes with small family groups
  • Motivating and encouraging each person to achieve their personal goals (sometimes, that means being their biggest cheerleader)
  • Providing guidance on safe exercise techniques and healthy lifestyle habits
  • Adapting workouts as needed for injuries, preferences, or special requirements
  • Ensuring all activities respect the family’s privacy and cultural values
  • Tracking progress and adjusting plans to keep things fresh and effective
  • Creating a fun, supportive, and consistent fitness environment

What You’ll Bring

Must-Haves:

  • Previous experience as a fitness trainer, ideally with private clients or families
  • Professional certifications in fitness, personal training, or related fields
  • A positive, motivating attitude—and the ability to inspire trust and comfort
  • Awareness of cultural sensitivities and discretion in a private setting
  • Strong communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)
  • Respect for privacy and a commitment to confidentiality
