About the Role: Responsibilities, Skills, and Requirements

Introduction

Looking for a role that feels a little different from the usual hustle and bustle? Imagine spending your workdays in an oasis of calm, helping others unwind and recharge right inside a private company — not a spa, but a dedicated space just for staff. We’re hiring two dedicated female team members (maximum age 25) to join our in-house relaxation program in Mussafah, Abu Dhabi, not far from Emirates Steel. If you’re passionate about well-being and want a job that genuinely values tranquility, you might have just found your next calling.

About the Company

Our company may not make headlines, but we’re quietly proud of the supportive and close-knit culture we’ve built here. We believe that happy, relaxed employees are the secret behind every great business — which is exactly why we’ve invested in our own internal relaxation sessions. Fridays often bring a gentle buzz as the team gathers for tea and conversation, and there’s a real sense of camaraderie in our sunny break room. While we’re private and discreet, our commitment to the well-being of our people is anything but ordinary.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Guide staff members through gentle relaxation routines to promote calm and stress relief.
  • Prepare and maintain a peaceful environment before, during, and after sessions.
  • Offer a supportive presence, ensuring each team member feels welcome and at ease.
  • Monitor and uphold privacy and confidentiality at all times — this is a safe, internal space.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to schedule sessions and keep things running smoothly.
  • Help with light setup and tidying to maintain a consistently serene atmosphere.

What You’ll Bring

Must-Haves:

  • Female, up to 25 years old (company policy for this particular role).
  • A genuine interest in wellness, relaxation, and helping others feel their best.
  • Friendly, approachable demeanor with strong communication skills.
  • Trustworthiness and respect for privacy — discretion is key here.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to our company’s unique approach.

Nice-to-Haves:

  • Previous experience in hospitality, wellness, or a customer-facing role.
  • Basic knowledge of relaxation techniques or mindfulness practices.

Not sure you tick every box? We’d still love to hear from you.

Why You’ll Love Working Here

  • Good salary package — your efforts are valued tangibly.
  • Accommodation and transport provided — no stressful commutes or housing worries.
  • Visa support — we’ll help you get settled in Abu Dhabi.
  • Work in a peaceful, non-corporate environment where well-being comes first.
  • Be part of a small, friendly team that genuinely looks out for each other.
  • No public clients, no sales pressure — your focus is on internal care, not the outside world.

You’ll find that our workplace is as tranquil as the sessions you’ll help facilitate. If you’re seeking a rare chance to work in comfort and calm, surrounded by people who value kindness and self-care, we think you’ll feel right at home.
