What You’ll Be Doing
- Crafting original, eye-catching floral arrangements for retail clients, special events, corporate accounts, and everything in between
- Advising customers with warmth and expertise, helping them choose the perfect bouquet or arrangement for every occasion
- Prepping, conditioning, and caring for fresh flowers to ensure every stem looks its absolute best
- Maintaining a tidy, organized, and inspiring work station – creativity loves a little order
- Keeping up with the latest floral trends and suggesting new ideas for display and design
- Handling incoming flower deliveries and meticulously checking for quality — because only the best blooms make the cut here
- Assisting with merchandising throughout the shop and during off-site event setups
- Pitching in wherever needed — teamwork makes our arrangements (and days) come together seamlessly
What You’ll Bring
Must-Haves:
- Proven experience as a florist or floral designer, with a standout portfolio or photos of past work
- Genuine passion for flowers, design, and creativity in all things
- The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment — you can keep your cool even when juggling orders
- Excellent customer service skills; you love helping people and making their day
- Eye for color, detail, and balance — arrangements are your art form
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends or event days as needed
Nice-to-Haves:
- Knowledge of floral trends specific to Abu Dhabi or GCC region
- Experience with event florals, from setup to teardown
- Familiarity with basic POS or shop management software
- A knack for photography or social media, to help showcase our work online
