About the Company

We’re more than just a flower shop — we’re a team of passionate creators who believe that every arrangement is a story waiting to be told. Based in the vibrant community of Dubai Investment Park 2, our workspace buzzes with creative energy (and, yes, the occasional friendly debate over which ribbon works best). We embrace new ideas, encourage collaboration, and love seeing our florists bring their unique flair to the table. Fridays? We celebrate with a team lunch, often surrounded by the week’s most beautiful designs. If you thrive in a supportive, close-knit environment where your artistry is appreciated, you’ll fit right in.

  • Supporting your teammates during busy periods and collaborating on large-scale installations
  • Managing inventory of flowers, supplies, and materials, placing orders as needed
  • Occasionally assisting in shop displays or window arrangements to draw in new customers

What You’ll Bring

  • Proven hands-on experience as a florist, with a portfolio or photos of your work
  • Excellent bouquet wrapping skills and a knack for creative presentation
  • A keen eye for color, texture, and design — you know how to make arrangements pop
  • Ability to work quickly without sacrificing quality, especially during peak times
  • Friendly, approachable, and eager to make every customer feel special
  • Basic knowledge of flower care and handling
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends during busy seasons

Not sure you tick every box? We’d still love to hear from you.
