About the Role: Responsibilities, Skills, and Requirements

Ever wondered what it’s like to take the lead on projects that truly shape a city’s skyline? We’re looking for a hands-on, multilingual Foreman to join our thriving team in Umm Al Quwain. If you have a passion for building things that last, enjoy coordinating diverse crews, and are ready to jump into action, this could be your next great move. This opportunity is ideal for someone who’s as comfortable giving clear instructions as they are rolling up their sleeves on-site.

About the Company

We’re not your typical contracting firm. At our integrated contracting company, every day is different — one day you might be overseeing the finishing touches on a luxury villa, the next you’re mapping out logistics for a bustling industrial shop. Our team is tight-knit, with Friday lunches that turn into impromptu brainstorming sessions and a shared pride in every structure we complete. Growth here is real: many of our supervisors started out on the ground, and we’re big believers in promoting from within. We value clear communication (in all three of our working languages!) and a can-do spirit.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Overseeing daily site operations for residential villa and industrial shop projects in Salamah and surrounding areas.
  • Coordinating with laborers, subcontractors, and suppliers to keep work running smoothly — and safely.
  • Communicating clearly in Hindi, Arabic, and English to ensure everyone’s on the same page.
  • Monitoring quality of work, resolving on-site challenges, and making sure deadlines are met (without cutting corners).
  • Conducting safety briefings and ensuring compliance with company and legal standards.
  • Reporting project progress and site needs to senior management.
  • Using your valid UAE driving license to visit multiple project sites as needed.
  • Jumping in to solve urgent issues — sometimes at a moment’s notice.

What You’ll Bring

Must-Haves:

  • Proven experience as a Foreman or Senior Supervisor in the contracting/construction field.
  • Fluency in Hindi, Arabic, and English — you’ll use all three daily.
  • Valid UAE driving license (essential for site visits).
  • Ready and available to start work immediately in Umm Al Quwain.
  • Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate team members from diverse backgrounds.
  • Solid understanding of residential and industrial project workflows.

Nice-to-Haves:

  • Familiarity with local building regulations and practices in the Salamah area.
  • Tech-savvy with basic mobile and WhatsApp skills (we handle most of our updates digitally).
  • Previous experience with both villa and industrial projects.

Not sure you tick every box? We’d still love to hear from you.

Why You’ll Love Working Here

  • Competitive, reliable salary — paid on time, every time.
  • Supportive team culture where your input actually matters.
  • Opportunities for professional growth and on-the-job learning.
  • Work variety: no two days (or projects) are ever quite the same.
  • Frequent team gatherings, site visits, and a collaborative spirit.
  • All communication handled efficiently via WhatsApp — no unnecessary calls or meetings.

Here, your leadership shapes not just buildings, but the careers of those who work alongside you. If you’re ready for a new challenge and want to make your mark in Umm Al Quwain, we can’t wait to meet you.
