What You’ll Be Doing
- Overseeing day-to-day manufacturing operations for kitchens, wardrobes, and interior décor projects.
- Leading and motivating a workshop team—making sure everyone’s on task and quality standards are always met.
- Interpreting technical drawings and turning creative designs into solid, finished products.
- Coordinating schedules, materials, and manpower to keep projects running smoothly and on time.
- Troubleshooting production issues and working with both management and staff to find smart, workable solutions.
- Conducting routine inspections, ensuring safety protocols are followed and workmanship is top-notch.
- Liaising with suppliers, site supervisors, and clients to ensure clear communication and timely delivery.
- Keeping accurate records of production progress, inventory, and maintenance needs.
- Training new team members and sharing best practices—because knowledge is best when it’s passed on.
What You’ll Bring
Must-Haves:
- Hands-on experience as a Foreman in kitchen, wardrobe, or interior decoration manufacturing—ideally in the UAE.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage diverse teams.
- Full working knowledge of production processes, from raw materials to finished installation.
- Valid UAE driving license (essential for site visits and supplier runs).
- Current UAE residence visa.
- Comfortable reading technical drawings and translating them to action on the floor.
Nice-to-Haves:
