Responsibilities

• Prepare and Finalize Print Files:
  Review and adjust client files, ensuring they are optimized for printing with accurate colors, bleed, and resolution.

• Resizing and Adjusting Artworks:
  Modify designs to fit various product specifications, maintaining the integrity and quality of the original artwork.

• Operate Digital Printing Machines:
  Set up and run digital printing presses, ensuring each print job meets our shop’s quality standards.

• Flat Plotter Cutting and Equipment Handling:
  Use flat plotter cutters and other specialized cutting machines for precise finishing on printed materials.

• Template Creation:
  Design and develop templates for custom boxes, bags, and packaging, balancing creativity with practicality.

• Quality Control:
  Inspect finished products for accuracy, color fidelity, and overall quality before delivery to clients.

• Collaborative Project Management:
  Work closely with the production team to coordinate and prioritize multiple projects, ensuring timely completion.

• Client Satisfaction:
  Communicate with clients regarding design adjustments, proofs, and feedback to guarantee satisfaction with final products.

Requirements

• Proven Experience:
  Minimum of 2 years in a graphic design or digital printing environment, preferably within a print shop setting.

• Technical Expertise:
  Demonstrated proficiency in operating digital printing machines, flat plotter cutters, and related print finishing equipment.

• Software Skills:
  Advanced knowledge of key design software such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, and CorelDRAW.

• Attention to Detail:
  Strong ability to spot and correct design inconsistencies, color issues, and technical errors in print files.

• Template & Die-Line Creation:
  Experience designing templates for packaging, including boxes and bags, with an understanding of print production requirements.

• Time Management:
  Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to juggle multiple tasks and prioritize work effectively in a deadline-driven environment.
