What You’ll Be Doing
- Crafting personalized workout plans that suit each member’s goals, fitness level, and lifestyle—no cookie-cutter routines here.
- Guiding clients through exercises, offering real-time feedback, corrections, and encouragement to keep them safe and confident.
- Demonstrating proper technique, form, and use of equipment—leading by example with your own well-maintained physique.
- Tracking client progress, celebrating milestones, and adjusting programs as needed to keep motivation high.
- Educating clients on holistic wellness—think nutrition basics, smart recovery, and lifestyle habits that support their fitness journey.
- Maintaining a positive, inclusive atmosphere on the gym floor, building trust and rapport with members from diverse backgrounds.
- Staying current on industry trends and bringing fresh ideas to group classes, workshops, and training sessions.
What You’ll Bring

- Proven experience as a professional fitness trainer, preferably in multicultural settings.
