What You’ll Be Doing
- Delivering beautiful, precise haircuts tailored to each client’s preferences and face shape.
- Creating stunning styles for everyday wear and special occasions — think classic updos, bouncy curls, and sleek, glassy finishes.
- Advising clients on color choices and expertly applying techniques such as highlights, lowlights, balayage, and creative coloring.
- Performing professional blow dries (from voluminous to pin-straight, you know how to make hair shine).
- Recommending and applying restorative hair treatments, always with an eye for improving hair health.
- Providing friendly and attentive service to ensure clients feel welcome, understood, and pampered from start to finish.
- Keeping your work area immaculate and your tools in top condition, because presentation matters.
- Staying current with evolving styles, new products, and industry best practices.
- Working closely with fellow stylists to ensure every appointment runs smoothly and on time.
What You’ll Bring
Must-Haves:
- Proven experience in hair cutting, styling, and color treatments.
- Confidence with highlights and color correction techniques.
- Skilled at blow drying and knowledgeable about various hair treatments.
- A natural flair for customer service — you love helping people look and feel amazing.
- Professional, reliable, and ready to jump right in.
- UAE salon experience highly preferred.
Nice-to-Haves:
- Experience with trending styles or specialty treatments (Keratin, Olaplex, etc.).
- Multilingual skills (Arabic, English, or others).
- An existing client following in the Ajman area.
