What You’ll Be Doing
- Creating consistently outstanding espresso drinks, signature coffees, and seasonal specialties
- Managing the coffee bar setup each shift — you'll oversee everything from bean selection to maintaining that all-important crema
- Providing exceptional, friendly service that turns first-timers into regulars
- Training, mentoring, and inspiring fellow baristas to grow their skills and confidence
- Keeping the workspace sparkling clean and organized, even during the morning rush
- Monitoring coffee supplies and equipment, flagging any issues before they become urgent
- Collaborating with the team to test new recipes or tweak classics based on customer feedback
- Jumping in to help wherever needed — because teamwork keeps us running smoothly
